The salsas are chipotle-style, handmade, thirty-two ounces at a time. The chilis are roasted prior to blending and all of my products are made with only the freshest ingredients.
Red and Verde salsas come in five heat levels ranging from "El Güero" (mild), "La Mediana" (medium), "Del Calor" (hot), "El Fuego" (next up from hot) and "El Chupacabras" (heavy heat). There is also a red avocado salsa, available in all five heat levels. These blends are made with Fallbrook Haas avocados.
In addition, I also offer red salsas made with the "El Chupacabras" base, along with either Carolina Reaper, Ghost or Trinidad Scorpion peppers.
What separates us from the big companies is simply this....flavor! You can't get these flavors anywhere else. Give us a try, you'll be glad you did!
